Ryedale Linux User Group Previous Meetings
Another meet at Will's Bar saw five of us meeting for our April meet. With Dave and Paul Elliott already deep in discussion when I (Al G) arrived. Followed shortly by Paul Teasdale and a mate, Martin, who was just out for a drink.
Much of the evenings talk revolved around the shiny piece of kit that Dave had recently bought and had with him so we might all see. The kit in question is an OpenRD Client and for more details go to http://www.newit.co.uk/assets/files/OpenRD.pdf.
The evening was very much a social event and other than Dave's OpenRD client talk was of a more chatty non-computer related nature. I left fairly early having spent a tiring day child wrangling, but several others stayed on for more drinks and chat.
